Is diluted savlon ok for cleaning parrot cage?

Is it ok to use very diluted savlon liquid to clean my parrots cage is? I think this will be safe?

You would be better using bleach, but very weak, a drop in a bucket of water.
I use Johnson’s Clean and Safe, disinfectant cleaner.
