Dirty birdcages harmful to people?

Sunday, March 7th, 2010

My roommates keep birds but they never clean the cage often enough, can it be harmful to a person at all? I don’t really go close to it but…

Dirty birdcages contain feces. Feces are bad for everyone; humans and birds alike can suffer from a dirty cage. Bacteria and spores from feces can get into the air and be harmful to a person’s upper respiratory health. This can be especially bad for people with asthma or lowered immune systems. You should change or freshen the birds litter or newspaper whenever it becomes dirty with feces and food. Tell your roomates to clean up the dirty cage for their health and that of their pets!

Where can I buy nice decorative birdcages (I need 30)?

Saturday, February 27th, 2010

I want to use these as centerpieces at my wedding reception. So far I have not been able to find more than one or two in a specialty store.

I am only looking to pay $15 or less per cage.

I have seen beautiful ones at craft stores like Michael’s or Hobby Lobby (floral dept.) When you find one you like, ask if they can check their stock room for the quantity you need. Also, lots of stores are willing to transfer merchandise from their other stores; you just have to ask.

Abstract Painting with Powder & Birdcages

Sunday, February 21st, 2010

In this Painting with Powder video, Fran Seiford shows us how to do a more abstract style of powder painting that uses the VersaMark Ink pad as a color block. By stamping the rectangular shape and pouring powder in any stripe or solid configuration, you can get artistic and varied abstract looks. Stamping over the blocks with an image like our birdcages, finishes your card for a cool artsy collage look!

I went into a petsmart, and on the birdcages it noted sell by May 31, 2009. What happens after that date?!?

Sunday, February 21st, 2010

If you need any more details, please ask me, thanks!
I know!! :( I don’t want to really know anything bad either. I don’t know either why people would put an ‘expiration date’ on an animal! Anyways, I did ask one. She just nodded me off. Anywho, please answer! Thanks!
No, for it also had an arrival date.

don’t want to know either. Maybe they were to young to be sold or they can’t hold them past that date. Just talk to a manager and ask him/her what happens to them after that date. They might be scared ’cause you probably can get them in trouble if they tell you.

Tsubasa Chronicle the Movie: The Princess of the Country of Birdcages, Tsubasa Tokyo Revelations, and Tsubasa?

Monday, February 15th, 2010

Tsubasa Shunraiki

Tsubasa Tokyo Revelations

Tsubasa Chronicle the Movie: The Princess of the Country of Birdcages

When should each of these be watched during the seasons. Also, I know the movie is dubbed but is Tsubasa Shunraiki and Tsubasa Tokyo Revelations dubbed or will they eventually be dubbed?

Thanks.

I would say the movie is most likely is a stand alone one, so if you have watched the first season of Tsubasa chronicle, watch the movie anytime after that.

Tsubasa Tokyo Revelations covers a story arc which should of taken place in season 2 of the anime sometime after episode 42. So you could watch it as soon as you hit 42 or even after you finish season 2. I don’t think it will make a difference at all.

Tsubasa Shunraiki seems to be in a league of it’s own covering something straight out of the manga (non affiliated with the anime), so i would watch this one last and not just because of that, but also because it’s the latest Tsubasa anime to have aired.

As for the OVA"s being dubbed, it’s possible but it does seem that OVA’s which are affiliated to other anime rarely get dubbed, just the ones that are stand alone do. (i.e. Furu Kuri)
